Why We Build
The organizations we work with are often focused on something bigger than themselves. They are caring for families, supporting their communities, creating opportunities, protecting others, and giving their time to causes that truly matter.
At NuuLux, we believe that kind of work deserves support. We created Impact Websites because we want to use what we know to help the people who spend so much of their time helping others. Each month, we choose an organization and build them a professional website completely free of charge. No hidden fees and no expectation of anything in return. It is simply our way of giving back.
A website may seem like a small part of the work these organizations do, but it can make a meaningful difference. It can help someone discover their mission, find the support they need, volunteer their time, make a donation, or simply learn how they can get involved.
We know a website cannot do the important work these organizations do every day, but it can help that work reach further. If we can take one thing off their plate and give them a better way to connect with the people who need them, then that is something we are proud to be a part of.
Our goal is simple. Help those who help others, so their impact can reach even further.
Four steps
You Apply
Tell us about your organization, who you help, and how a website could support your mission. The application is simple, and there is no cost or commitment to apply.
We Choose One Each Month
Every month, we select one organization to receive a complete website at no cost. We personally review every application because we know there is a real mission and real people behind each one.
We Build It With Care
Your website gets the same attention and quality we give our paying clients. We create a custom design around your organization, your goals, and the people you serve. That includes accessibility, technical SEO, mobile optimization, and everything needed for a professional website.
The Website Is Yours
Once the website is complete, it belongs to your organization. The design and development are completely free.
If you would like NuuLux to continue hosting and maintaining the website, we can do that too. Hosting is optional and comes with a monthly cost, which we will explain clearly before you decide. There is never any pressure to use our hosting.
What We Give, and What Comes Next
We want Impact Websites to be simple and transparent. The website itself is our gift to your organization. There are no hidden build fees, no required plan, and no obligation to continue working with NuuLux after your site is finished.
Your Website
We cover the design and development of your website from start to finish. That includes custom design, content structure, accessibility, mobile optimization, technical SEO, and the work needed to make your site feel complete and professional.
When the website is finished, it belongs to your organization. You are welcome to host it yourself, have someone else manage it, or continue working with NuuLux.
Our goal is simply to give your organization something useful that can help your mission reach more people.
Hosting & Care
If you would rather not worry about the technical side of keeping your website online, NuuLux can continue hosting and caring for it.
Hosting, security, updates, maintenance, and ongoing support are offered as an optional monthly service and are not included with the free website build.
You are never required to use our hosting. We want your organization to choose whatever option makes the most sense for you, your team, and your budget.
More Than Just Non-profits
You do not need to be a registered 501(c)(3) to apply. Churches and faith groups, volunteer organizations, booster clubs, school groups, rescues, community projects, and organizations that are still getting started are all welcome.
If your work is focused on helping others, supporting your community, or making a positive difference without expecting something in return, we would love to hear about it.
NuuLux is based in North Carolina, but Impact Websites is not limited to organizations nearby. We work remotely, so distance is never a barrier. Whether you are local or across the country, your application will receive the same care and consideration.

Richmond County Hospice
A nonprofit serving five North Carolina counties since 1985. Referrals, grief support, volunteering, donations and events, for five very different audiences arriving on one site.
William Noah King Foundation
Will King was a bright, genuine sixteen-year-old known for his kind heart, his friendships, and the way he could make people laugh. He showed up for the people in his life and made ordinary moments matter. His family carries that forward through the foundation, and we are building their website now.
